Christy is an artist, singer/guitarist for The Totallys, and former Fort Thunder show-goer. Emily is a classically trained pianist, a founding member of Till by Turning, and collaborator with filmmaker Paul Rowley (who will release experimental film The Rooms later this year — not to be confused with The Room). Together, they’re Christy & Emily, a Brooklyn duo that is set to release its third release, No Rest. The album, produced in Germany by Hans Joachim Irmler (Faust), is due April 6 via Klangbad (which should also not be confused with The Room).
