I’m quite drawn to edits that juxtapose polished hip-hop/r&b with experimental soundscapes. The approach perfectly mirrors the millennial condition, an existence wrought by twitter feeds that use reaction memes as a backdrop for global crises. Really the perfect soundtrack for a post-ironic, post-contemporary lifestyle marred by seltzer water and baby-sitter cell phone apps.
