Ha. Naw, just kidding. That’s not how I talk. Can you imagine? And this Pharmakon stuff is all pretty normal stuff. It’s just that Margaret Chardiet (“Pharmakon” to people who don’t know her) just got added to a few shows with Michael Gira’s Swans project, and she put up a new track for streaming to celebrate it, that’s all. (Heck, wouldn’t you if you were her? It’s fairly cool news.) Anyway, the new track is called “Ache,” and it comes from her impeccably well-reviewed (I’m not allowed to listen to music at work) album Abandon, which came out recently on Sacred Bones. As for Swans, they’re touring to promote their own (admittedly kinda impressive) still-being Swans. So yeah, I mean, everything’s kosher here.
