NYC-based avant-activewear label Chromat launched their latest collection of digi-real-kind-of-Japanese-minimalist-proto-goth and overall stunning spandexes to the Scyther-esque sounds of Abby, whose unrelenting set included tracks from Air Max ‘97, DJ NJ Drone, and a dreamy Kelela remix by Gage, which I only know because she posted the full tracklist online (bless her!). Imagine an underground swimming pool filled with liquid mercury; women walking on that who won’t look at you twice; contortionists in chainmail threading through each other by the light of candles burning black mesh—and/or just scope below.
