Big beige blobs of drums, magical and translucent, with a raw gentility to them, fresher than a head of lettuce. Like in the blowhole of a primordial sea vent, bobbling.
A slash of sun, kinda old-school with a baggy slant. An acid bass, and the whole track filtered here, then unfiltered there, out into the world with a smile, glazed. The groove of forgotten dance tracks long gone.
Check this out from one of Vancouver’s best, Pacific Rhythm.
