Hot on the heels of their study of vampirism in musical form, Italian noise makers Ninos du Brasil have thrown another rhythm-heavy explosion of joy into our lives, like a joyful spray of shrapnel/confetti being tossed in the air.
Their latest record is a 12” on The Bunker New York’s in house label. It’s called Animais Soar O Alarme, and it features — what else?— a truckload of throbbing jungle drums transplanted to a New York basement for hip people to dance to. Oh, and a remix on the flip side by hip New York basement dweller Patrick Russell.
