This past weekend in Seattle, we had a brief glimpse of the warm spring and summer weather that awaits us. Temperatures topped out around 70 in some parts of the region, and it was very nice, to say the least. Coincidence or not, I first heard “Not Hard to Say Goodbye,” a breezy, summer-y new jam from local trio Cozy Slippers, at the tail end of this warm spell. I don’t have a car, so I can’t do the “this song is great for driving” shtick; however, I ride the bus, and Cozy Slippers works just as well when you’re cruising on public transit.
