To say that Adam Schwarz has been an inspiring figure is a severe understatement. Many of his tunes have lifted me out of some dark places, let me tell you! For this, Legalize All Drugs, his debut album, and first under his given name (all previous efforts were released either as Schwarz or Schwarz69), Adam’s taking a nice detour from the usual care-free posi club vibes of the past. “Jazz Cigarette,” the first taste of the tape, is a dark, midi-jazz burner that’s pretty **out there**, but I’m listening and enjoying it. With Schwarz as your guide, just head down the rabbit hole into some freaky worlds of endless possibilities. Whether you were just celebrating “4/20” or love to get up early and read history (i.e. ME), Legalize All Drugs should prove a curious listen for the adventurous ears. Pre-order cassettes now at ARs Media, and feel at ease you’ve got your copy before the May 5th release date. Believe in Schwarz, and believe in yourself!
