Philadelphia’s Arc in Round is the unsigned recording project headed by Jeff Zeigler, who also runs Uniform Recording studio and has twisted knobs for albums by Kurt Vile and The War on Drugs. An EP and LP will soon shoot down the ladder; “Spirit” is the first single from the former.
