Beta Librae, the namesake of NYC-based producer Bailey Hoffman, issued their debut, Swope Park, on 1080p just last November, and it’s a masterclass - as well as playful - exercise in just some of the many possibilities of ambient, acid, and techno. Undoubtedly, Hoffman has a skill for weaving worlds drenched in atmosphere and feeling, beckoning to be inhabited, and to reward in return.
