I found out about Cerberus Future Technologies only recently while scanning the cassette tapes on Boomkat, came across Frequency Adjustments Volume /4, and fell into this fetish cross between Beat Detectives and (new) Delroy Edwards. So I dug further only to find out that Volume /4 is the best release in the collection (save for the label’s ACTUAL releases, which are really incredibly diverse, while maintaining a similar, underground hardened aesthetic). But this is you’re best bet for a good house party that makes you sound as well-versed in “world music” dance-floor burners, as well as esoteric intrigue.
