On Saturday, October 29, Dean Blunt’s bringing his Babyfather group to The Black Swan in Bristol. Also coming out is Mica Levi (Micachu, Under the Skin), who appeared on Babyfather’s debut album, and GAIKA, who surprised us last week with the release of the SPAGHETTO EP on Warp.
Ahead of the show, Dean Blunt has shared a joint track with GAIKA called “R6.” Whether or not it’s a one-off or part of a bigger release — perhaps something called Hackney vs. Brixton? — is unknown, but the fact that there’s a dedicated website for the song is promising. It’s now in God’s hands, I guess.
