So tack a post-it on your “I <3 Steve” bulletin board that says Pre Language right next to Two Dollar Guitar and Mosquito. Oh, dope guitar tone? Well, these tracks were recorded in Hoboken at Sonic Youth’s Echo Canyon West studio and mixed by John Congleton, so this album has quite a resume. Apparently there are direct references to Philip K. Dick and Joan of Arc in there somewhere. You had me in the first few seconds of this psych-ripper!
