I fucking hate short tapes, but LOVE short releases on digital platforms. Short tapes just throw me into a panic because my tape deck (from 2016) eats my tapes occasionally when they flip quick, and I’ve a feeling most of the people who buy these tapes snap them. There will never be an absolution for perfect reel-time sound off the physical.
