My personal Final POV will be of TMT’s very own, Mr. P. I believe it’ll come from behind, tbh. Like, both in the sense that I’ll never see it coming, and it’ll be hard enough to twirl me and tumble to the ground, and pure surprise. Looking up and seeing Papi P just glaring down, soulless as he does stare at his computer daily G-chatting with my sorry-ass, and I reach up, but it’s way way too late.
Sacred cassette pusher Lillerne Tapes is popping a real slow grower by Final POV entitled UON, and it’s definitely sneaky. The entire time, everything you progressively hear throughout a healthy listen, has really always been there all along. Twirling electronics. Atmospheres that realm beyond the computer or synthetically made. Noises that casually drop it for a sip. Viruses crawling along the nods. The eyes of god upon you and you like “w/e.”
Lillerne Tapes has always been respectfully careful about releases throughout their years of existence, and Final POV is nothing short of a wait well reworded. Like finding out all your cavities and shitty eating habits warrant you a free set of new pearly whites and pro bono liposuction surgery.
