A face melter, indeed. Stumbled across Happa in a cramped London record shop back in 2013 — standing at the listening station, I was immediately blown away by the complexity of his production. Most his stuff gravitates toward the twisted and dark corners of industrial techno, but this new track — released via his own label, PT/5 — strikes me as happy and triumphant despite the chaos of the drums/hard synths.
