This week the Adult Swim Singles Program brings us a new equation to work through from
Indiana footwork producer-of-the-year, Jlin titled “ICU”.
Clocking in at four-minutes, “ICU” follows the cold, calculated structure explored in this past years acclaimed release, Black Origami via TMT favorite, Planet Mu. Icy synths drape themselves over wavering polyrhythmic twists and turns, giving off the illusion that the track was recorded in some chromed-over., vacant echo chamber. Truthfully, we wouldn’t be surprised if it was.
