Following last month’s release of “I Bite Through It,” Oneohtrix Point Never has returned with the second single off his forthcoming album, Garden of Delete. “Mutant Standard,” the album’s longest track, finds Mr. Lopatin hurtling through digital shards of prickly arpeggios and false crescendos, pockmarking its already lumpy, lopsided terrain with R Plus Seven-like wormholes and trapdoors resisting its otherwise sweeping momentum.
