When that nü-pop punk/neo-alt-rock vibe starts cranking out the speaker at the start of So Drove’s new single, “Need You Now,” I’m sold, baby! So Drove (f.k.a. Schwarz) has no trouble amassing sounds from all over the musical spectrum and filtering it through his unique vision. “Need You Now” may serve as an introduction for many to the man, the myth, the legend, but it’s just another reminder to heads in the know what we’ve known all along: So Drove is a force to be reckoned with. I’m not sure if he’s still living in the garage, but what does it matter when he continues to drop one slayer after another??
