x/o follows their wonderful 2017 album, cocoon egg, collaboratively released by Quantum Natives and PTP, with a soaring new single on Eternal Dragonz.
“Orchid Dream” was originally commissioned for the group art show In Search of Miss Ruthless at Hong Kong’s Para Site art space. Now it finds a second home in a VR-tinted dreamscape. Crisp bells twinkle and ding. Bright piano adds a velveteen warmth amidst euphoric clouds of epic synths, the kind a winged warrior travels on towards their next quest — shoulders poised, bow in hand, shooting hot arrows into a blush-hued sky.
