You’ve heard of “Sweet! 420,” but what about Suite 309??
Tucked away in the greater Cleveland area exists a label called Suite 309 and its head honcho Tim Thornton (Tiger Village/CDX). For eight years, Tim has been releasing music ranging from the absurd — weirdo spruce-ups of Spice Girls and Blink-182 albums front-to-back — to the absurdly skilled, such as Mukqs and Giant Claw (two ex-TMT contributors, incidentally).
Tim stopped by Tabs Out HQ while doing a few East Coast shows to talk about the label and fumble through operating a friggin’ cassette deck.
