Off the most recent release, Fuck it, here’s two new songs, from button-mashing producer Devil Jin, “Fuck It” got the music-video darkness treatment with seizing flickers of images barely distinguishable, but SFW? The visuals cut deep in an embracive way, but the song paired with the video reminds me of the American Horror Story introduction. Totally not trying to shit on Devil Jin, because Tekken [Everything], forever. But the release’s second track, “Combo Breaker” is so much more of an exploratory piece of sound — not to mention Devil Jin’s newest track “???” — visuals to something like that would be such a reward.
