Morally, human cloning is fucking terrifying to me, so when I hear music like “Magnolia” that reminds me of the sort of stuff I was fucking with in high school, I think: 1) these Ruin dudes are just not over them teenage feels, 2) believing in ego almost supersedes one’s super ego, and 3) “melodic hardcore” promotional companies like Dreambound are potentially making more money than each individual band that pays for their services.
