Back in the previous millennium, I was waiting for a city bus in the rain, and decided that I wasn't interested in getting soaked, as I didn't have an umbrella that day. So I did what I always used to do when I had to kill time between bus transfers - walked over to the nearby Starbucks, got a coffee, and headed over to my favorite used bookstore for a browsing session.

This little bookstore has all the elements I love in a used bookstore - delicately placed dusty old books, scholarly patrons and a cat which wanders around the shelves while audiobooks play over a little stereo behind the counter. The most important element is the addition of the used music section, which is my first destination upon entering the shop. Today was to be a special day in album shopping, as the owner had taken some CD's that weren't selling and put them in a cardboard box marked "$ 1. Fuck Dub Part 1+2
