At the rate Danny Brown is announcing tours lately, we at Tiny Mix Tapes might have to start employing our Patent Pending Lil B Mixtape Post Generator just to keep up. Following the announcement of his “Worst of Both Worlds” tour in April with Baauer, Danny has yet again spread his arms wide so that we children might gather unto him and hear his voice. “I’m touring with Kitty, my rap children,” he says, “who, as you all know, is my most favored rap daughter. The tour is starting in April and continuing into March,” he’ll intone. “What’s that behind your ear?” he’ll ask before waving a silver dollar in our faces. We’ll play along, even though we saw it in his hand a few minutes ago.
The tour is called “The Old and Reckless,” presumably because Danny is way old (dude was literally born in like 1800 or something) and Kitty is about as reckless as it gets (have you heard that she chopped off the last of her name, like it didn’t even matter? Get it gurl!!) Further confirmation of Danny’s extreme age will be available on his forthcoming Fool’s Gold full-length Old, which will be out later this year (when he’ll be even older! and more dad-like!).
