How four guys from Dublin, Ireland came to call themselves Girl Band while playing some of the most punishing post-punk music you’ve heard since the term post-punk was invented will forever remain a mystery.
What is far from mysterious is the hype the band garnered from their SXSW performances a few months back, when they got all/a> sorts of critics excited. Their recently released Early Years EP confirms just how brutal and exciting the group is.
Another mystery that Scooby and the gang might not have to investigate will be what you think of their live show, because Girl Band are returning to America in June just for you, because they’re nice like that.
