Quiet Signs is the first new offering from the ragged charmer Pratt since 2015’s On Your Own Love Again. Jessica Pratt has quickly become a master at crafting sets rich in texture and gentle, melancholic beauty; and judging by the album’s first single, “This Time Around,” — whose Laura-Lynn Petrick-created video can be seen below — Quiet Signs should be no different from her past efforts.
