Canadian pop virtuoso Jessy Lanza is plotting a 2017 tour of several very-vital cities in North America in support of her very-vital album from last year, Oh No. She’ll also be joined at every stop by another veteran of the 2016 record club, Kate NV, whose Orange Milk breakout Binasu was no slouch, either.
The quick string of dates kicks off in May in sunny Alberta and zooms down the American West Coast before terminating in New York just 12 days later. No TMT pressure or anything, but… you might want to get out there for these shows if you can, because Oh No landed on our list of favorite albums from last year. And Binasu, not to be outdone, got distinction as having some of our favorite cover art from 2016. In other words, don’t be deceived by its quickness: this is one heavyweight tour.
