Can there ever really be a prog overload? While some say yes, others scoff at the suggestion. Multi-instrumentalist AE Paterra certainly puts that to the test, both in Zombi and with his solo project Majeure. The latter has been rolling close to a decade now, with releases on esteemed imprints such as Constellation Tatsu, Temporary Residence Limited, and VCO Records, to name a few.
His latest, Mass Flashback, out September 27 via Holodeck, touches on the sonic brew of Italo-horror soundtracks and 70’s psychedelic/krautrock sounds refined over those aforementioned releases and more.
