At first I tried to write this little news post about M.E.S.H, a Berlin-based DJ and producer, while listening to some bummed-out bedroom pop songs. Then I figured I should probably check out a track off his forthcoming EP, Scythians. I just wanted to explore his atmosphere and come up with something clever to say. So I listened to the title track over on FADER, and now I feel like I’m lost in the future, wandering around a city made of glass where people burst into pixels and sometimes everything just speeds up for no reason.
Anyway, Scythians drops on June 6 via PAN. Listen to another track from the EP below.
