Those crazy kids at SPF420 are at it again, and we’re particularly excited, because the e-venue is hosting an event tomorrow that feels 100% tailored to TMT’s tastes. The theme this time? JAPANESE FOOTWORK. We’ve been keeping our ears on Japanese footwork for quite some time in our Chocolate Grinder section, and SPF420 has lovingly plucked two of the greatest Japanese footwork artists known to humankind: Paisley Parks, whose Бｈ○§† recently earned our Eureka! distinction, and Foodman, whose demented footwork album, Shokuhin, was released to my acclaim earlier this year on Orange Milk. Speaking of Orange Milk, the label’s co-owner (and kinda TMTer) Keith Rankin is playing the event too as Giant Claw. He doesn’t really do footwork and is white as a ghost, but hey, we’re not complaining.
