While an exact confirmation of why WHY?’s tour is being cancelled has yet to be issued by the band, the stream of Facebook comments related to the cancellation announcement imply that band member Yoni Wolf has injured his hand and will require surgery.
At this juncture, the band is only speculating about the possibility of making it to the last venue on the US schedule, a stop at Chicago’s Museum of Contemporary Art. Refunds are being issued for all shows prior to the October 15 Chicago engagement, and the subsequent European tour starting on October 20 is still a go.
