Start clearing some space on your vintage vinyl shelves, somewhere between that Young the Giant LP you bought “accidentally” and that Yves Tumor record you’re worried no one will give you credit for liking, because Young Thug’s 2016 smash mixtape JEFFERY has made its way to the vinyl presses. It’s out today, November 28.
Online vinyl mailorder service Vinyl Me, Please announced the release last week via a tweet that showed off the LP, pressed in a lovely blue-and-white marble color scheme matching the dress Thugger wears on the cover (check it out below). The catch is that the release is limited to 1,500 copies and it will be Vinyl Me, Please member-exclusive for 30 days. If for some reason the VMP community is lame enough to leave any left over after that timeframe, then the public will be able to get their hands on it.
If you’re worried about your chances (or just want to give your mom some music to listen to over the holidays that isn’t Pentatonix), you can look over VMP’s membership options here.
