Interpol have announced a European headlining tour this summer to celebrate the 15th anniversary of its classic album, Turn On The Bright Lights. Hypnotic bass lines, jangling lead guitar, and Paul Bank’s booming but sensitive baritone made Turn On The Bright Lights one of the most satisfying and cohesive records of its era.
The band — sans original bassist Carlos Dengler — is working on new material in its home state of New York. Its sixth album will be released by Matador Records in 2018.
