Happy…uhh…Saint Nicolas Day? Wha?
Well, whatever. Either way: SOPHIE (whom you’ve previously been Pavlovian-conditioned to like) and Juliana Huxtable (whom you’ve previously been Confirmation-biased to like) have just JOINED fucking FORCES to create a new duo called Analemma. (I know this because Tyler knows this.)
The first, uh, Anamellese…Analemmaish…Analemmallian(?) music will come our way via a less-important-to-me-right-now-thing called locus error, which is a compilation on Nina Kraviz’s трип (Trip) Recordings label. (Again: I know this because Tyler knows this.)
But FOR NOW, you can listen to one of the duo’s tracks, “plunging asymptote,” down below. The other song scheduled for the compilation — which is out December 13, btw — is called “liminal crisis.”
Got all that, dogs? Okay. Start salivating…right abouuuuut…NOW.
