Our intrepid news editor is still recovering from the last time SOPHIE announced something, so here I am to let you know — in a very calm, collected, and professional fashion — that SOPHIE has announced several tour dates in September.
There are precisely six newly announced dates, which see the PC Music-affiliated producer playing venues in California and Canada, as well as at the New York venue Brooklyn Steel. SOPHIE released her debut full-length album, OIL OF EVERY PEARL’S UN-INSIDES earlier this month, to rapturous acclaim from this and other music-oriented publications. It features the pre-release singles “It’s Okay to Cry,” “Ponyboy,” and “Faceshopping.”
