All kinds of emotions lived simultaneously, the mind driven wild by the gratification brought on by the ever-recurring newness, fake but perceived as true. All the while, it (re)produces everything anew, creating a feedback loop that goes on without pause.

GOBBY is a very big deal to me, let alone TMT. Maybe it’s an overwhelming feeling for everyone else, but it seems like GOBBY’s releases can always pin-point my feelings and exactly what I’m audibly into at the moment. Then, going back and replaying/reprocessing this music trends with me in an evolutionary way, without a smidgen of nostalgia. Even GOBBY’s works with Mykki Blanco is pure revisionist type nonsense that I love calling silly because how-else you listen to music?

James Ferraro releases new work titled Troll
James Ferraro returns us from our Black Friday celebration with a prelude to our Cyber Monday celebration. Released with no warning — at least none that algorithmically appeared on our social media walls/feeds — Troll functions like a soundtrack to our decaying digital centers, a sonic investigation into the intersections between waste and pleasure.
